A curated blend of single origin Tahitian and Madagascar beans for an intense and powerful vanilla flavored filling. Praline pecans are
sprinkled on the glazing.

The vanilla éclair is made of a crème Mousseline (pastry crème softened up with a bit of butter and whipped cream. The vanilla taste is as good as it gets.)
